Question 1: Refunds + Policies

Payment Policy

All payments made to secure your spot in Content Haus @ Art Basel are non-refundable.

Spaces are limited to 10 women, and once you reserve your spot, it is held exclusively for you.

Transfer Policy

If you can no longer attend, your spot may be transferable to another qualified attendee with written approval from our team.

Transfers must be requested at least 14 days before the event start date.

Travel & Transportation

Flights and transportation to/from Miami are not included.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that Content Haus @ Art Basel is canceled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund of their payment.

Organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (flights, travel, accommodations outside the Haus, etc.).

Media Release

By attending Content Haus, you agree to be photographed and filmed during the experience. Content may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes by the organizers and brand partners.

Health & Safety

Attendees are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.

Any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical needs must be disclosed at least 2 weeks before the event.

The trip will be happening at Art Basel in Miami, Florida from December 4th to 7th.

Question 4: Is travel included?

No, flights and transportation to Miami are not included. However, we’ll provide arrival details and can help coordinate airport pickups if needed.

Question 5: Can I bring a friend or assistant?

No additional guests are allowed in the Haus. This experience is curated specifically for 10 women only.

Question 6: What if I don’t know anyone else attending?

Perfect! This experience is designed for networking and collaboration. You’ll leave with content and connections.

Question 7: How do meals work?

We provide:

- Daily breakfast

- One group brunch

- For other meals, Miami has amazing food options nearby (and we’ll share our favorites).

All payments are non-refundable. However, your spot may be transferable if you can no longer attend (must be approved by our team).
